1. Nationality:
- Indian Citizen OR
- Subject of Nepal/Bhutan OR
- Tibetan refugee (before Jan 1, 1962)
2. Age Limit:
- 20 to 30 years (as of notification date)

- OBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
3. Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor's Degree (any discipline) from a recognized university.
